Patina started here in York in 2016 — a small flooring studio built on a simple promise: quality workmanship, fair pricing, and honest relationships.
Nearly a decade later, we've grown into a Nebraska family of showrooms — but the original York studio is still where it all began, and where the standard is set. More than flooring, our York studio carries premium carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl, tile, and laminate alongside custom countertops and specialty flooring for salons and small businesses. Karastan, Karndean, quartz and granite countertops — measured, fabricated, and installed by the same team that hands you the samples. Most residential projects take 1–3 days depending on size, material, and prep work needed. Carpet installs the fastest; hardwood and tile take longer. We give you a clear timeline before we start — and we keep you informed if anything shifts.
We offer special financing through Synchrony, including 12-month options for qualified buyers. We'll walk you through the application at your in-home consultation if you'd like. Many homeowners choose financing so they can get the floor they really want, on a timeline that works.
