Buffalo County Flooring - Patina Floor and Home

Serving Hall County

Hall County flooring — brought to you.

From Grand Island to Wood River to Doniphan — Hall County families have been quietly trusting us for decades.

Patina Floor and Home serves all of Hall County from our Hastings flagship — formerly Jacobi Carpet One, now part of a Nebraska family of studios with roots going back to 1974. We bring the showroom to your kitchen table, so you can see how Karastan wool feels in your bedroom light or how Karndean luxury vinyl reads against your kitchen cabinets. No driving to a showroom unless you want to. No pressure, no surcharges, no minimum orders. Just honest help from neighbors who happen to be flooring experts.

Frequently asked questions.

Do you have a Hall County showroom?

Not currently — but it hasn't slowed us down. We've served Hall County families for decades through our in-home consultation model. We bring samples and measure right at your kitchen table. If you want the full showroom experience, our flagship in Hastings is about 35 minutes south on Highway 281.

Do you charge extra to come out to Grand Island or Wood River?

No. Hall County is well within our regular service area. There's no travel charge, no surcharge, and no minimum order — same pricing a Hastings customer would see.

Is the in-home consultation really free?

Yes — completely free, with no obligation. We come to you with samples, measure your space, and walk you through your options. You're free to take notes and call us back later, or move forward right then.

How long does a typical flooring installation take?

Most residential projects take 1–3 days depending on size, material, and prep work needed. Carpet usually installs the fastest; hardwood and tile require more time.

What financing options do you offer?

We offer special financing through Synchrony, including 12-month options for qualified buyers. We can handle the application right at your kitchen table during your in-home consultation.

What is the Beautiful Guarantee®?

As a Carpet One Floor & Home member, we offer the Beautiful Guarantee® on most carpet purchases. If you don't love how it looks in your home, we'll replace it.

Do you work with Hall County contractors and builders?

Absolutely. We work with Hall County contractors, builders, and property managers — including commercial accounts and multi-family projects. Ask about our builder pricing.

How is Patina Floor and Home related to Jacobi Carpet One?

Jacobi Carpet One has been Hastings' flooring destination since 1974. In 2024, Jacobi joined forces with Patina Studios — a York-based design and craftsmanship studio founded in 2016 — and together became Patina Floor and Home. Same flagship showroom. Same trusted team. Half a century of Jacobi heritage paired with Patina's design-forward approach.
